We had an amazing experience this week. Mike Connelly was an absolutely amazing salesman. He made the whole process easy and helped make everything work when trading in our car for a new one. He helped pick out a perfect car for us, and we can’t wait for the May road trips in it. Thank you to everyone who made it work, especially Mike, for pulling all his strings. Exceptional job, would 100% recommend
I’m not a big review guy. I’m one who only leaves reviews when someone does an exceptional job, not going to leave one just to complain. Jeff Woods and the Roper Kia team continue to impress me. Found the car my wife was looking for and got it delivered within a day. They had all the paperwork prepped and ready to go because my wife was on a time crunch for work. We were signed and delivered, and Jeff took all the time to go over all the functions of her new car with us and still met the time constraints she had! This is the third car we have purchased from Roper Kia.
We have gotten to know Jeff, Phil, George, Cole, Tony, and many of the other Roper team members, and when we walk in there, everyone knows your name. It’s like Cheers! Would 100% recommend buying from Jeff Woods and Roper Kia!
